As an ex Royal Engineer and competitive bodybuilder I understand just how difficult (and sometimes daunting) getting and staying in shape can be. That’s why I want to share my knowledge and passion for fitness with anyone wanting to become a healthier and happier version of themselves. When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own.
