First of all, WELL DONE! Upon reading this you have taken the first step on your fitness journey. As an ex Royal Engineer and competitive bodybuilder I understand just how difficult (and sometimes daunting) getting and staying in shape can be. That’s why I want to share my knowledge and passion for fitness with anyone wanting to become a healthier and happier version of themselves. When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own. No matter your level of experience, whether a gym noob or a seasoned pro you can be assured that my enthusiasm and positive attitude towards all aspects of fitness will have you asking why you didn’t start sooner.
